WHAT IS A POP-UP SHOP?


A pop-up shop is a temporary store set up by a brand (Hustlers Expo). There are several purposes for pop-ups. They include to: Drive brand awareness, Drive sales,Test a market or location,Test a physical retail strategy, and Engage with customers in a more in-depth way. It is an event where small business owners, entrepreneurs, & hustlers come together to display and sell their products or services indoor or outdoor. The duration of a pop-up store can vary, depending on its purpose and goal.

HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?


You can become a vendor by completing our registration form.




DO I HAVE TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR TO BE APART OF THE HUSTLERS EXPO?


NO! But you would DEFINITELY have to be a hustler.




I JUST STARTED MY BUSINESS CAN I ATTEND THE EXPO?


Absolutely! it doesn’t matter what stage you're on in your business. Hustlers of ALL levels can attend the Hustlers Expo Events.




HOW MANY GUESTS ARE EXPECTED FOR THIS EVENT?


Hustlers Expo goes to the extreme with marketing, advertisements and Promo’s for every event! For every city and state we pop up to, we reach out to the proper prospects to make sure the event is a success. As we CANNOT GUARANTEE TRAFFIC and or SALES we do our part in reaching out to the proper audience and creating awareness and by also providing the vendors with content to help promote as well.

WHY IS THE VENDOR FEE SO COSTLY?


Please consider pop-up shop locations, design and architecture, furniture and fixtures, staffing, maintenance and compliance, and last but not least Marketing. For example: Facebook and Instagram ads………….$500- $1,000 Influencer marketing…………………….$500- $2,000 PR…………………………………………$1,000




PROMOTIONAL FLYER


We have 3 types of Promotional Flyers 1. Event E-Flyer- the flyer that is created for the overall event! 2. Custom Event E-Flyer- this flyer is more designed to your brand w/ pictures but with the company name still attached to it (Hustlers Expo) 3. Custom E-Flyer- Hustlers Expo is not attached to it this flyer is completely branded to you w/ pictures, event info, and quality elements. Who makes your company flyers? www.askshonda.com Does the flyer have to say Hustlers Expo? YES, as this is the main event! You are more then welcome to REFUSE the promotional flyer and have one created just for your company at an additional price! When will I receive my promotional flyer? please keep in mind flyers can take 2-5 days depending on vendor traffic send us an email to hustlersexpo@gmail.com and we will respond with your flyer status. I don't like my flyer can I change it? Yes, of course we want you to feel excited about promoting your business at our event. But! So we don't run into any problems PLEASE be percise about wording, colors, and theme to limit any revisions. in addition promotional flyers and videos are good ways of marketing any event or company. We highly recommend promotional material.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY ADDRESS?


Collecting addresses it’s not just for decoration but due to some payment portals an actual receipt needs to be mailed out in most situations for proof of purchase and service.

After event purchase, you will be sent a link via e-mail if you added a Custom E-Flyer to your vendor package. info needed! *YOUR COMPANY LOGO *UP TO 3 PRODUCT OR SERVICE PICTURES *ALL SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLINGS ALONG WITH WEBSITE IF ANY! *ANY WRITTEN CONTENT, SLOGANS, OR MOTTOS THE WRITTEN CONTENT CAN BE A HIGHLIGHT OF A PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR MAYBE JUST YOUR COMPANIES HISTORY. IT COULD ALSO BE AN INSPIRING MESSAGE OR QUOTE. MAYBE YOU WOULD LIKE TO HOST A RAFFLE OR PERCENTAGE OFF AN ITEM THIS IS THE INFORMATION THAT HIGHLIGHTS YOUR FLYER!
